How to Use RefectoCil Pads
- Apply adhesive to the back of the lash line and let it dry
- Place the eyelash lifting pad on the eyelid
- Generously apply adhesive to the pad, then place the lashes on the pad
- Apply the perm solution for 8 minutes
- Apply the neutralizer for 5 minutes
- Remove the adhesive and lifting pad with a damp cotton swab
