Application of Schwarzkopf BlondMe Premium Developer
The Schwarzkopf Professional Blonde Care Developer has been specifically designed for use with BLONDME lighteners and colors. It is available in the following 4 concentrations:
2% (7 Vol.): perfect for toning already lightened hair and for gentle lightening.
6% (20 Vol.): for conventional lightening or for toning naturally light blonde hair (level 8 or higher)
9% (30 Vol.): ideal for maximum lightening, blending white hair, or enhancing naturally light blonde hair
12% (40 Vol.): for lightening or blending white hair on a natural base (level 6 or 7)
