Shipping
If your order is received by us by 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day via PostPac Priority.
Due to the current situation, there may be delivery delays with the postal service. The postal service no longer guarantees that PostPac Priority shipments will be delivered the next day.
As a result, we can no longer guarantee deliveries the next day either.
Pickup
We offer you the option to pick up orders on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM directly at our store.
Payment
C TOTAL offers you a wide range of payment options. If you unexpectedly have a problem with the payment, or do not receive a payment confirmation via email, please contact us by phone at +41 44 810 26 07 or send us an email at mail@c-total.ch.
By Credit Card
The credit card is the easiest way to pay for your purchase with us. We accept all major cards and process payments via SIX Payment Services.
With PostFinance
Holders of an account with PostFinance can process their purchase directly through their account. You can find all important information about this at E-Finance or PostFinance Card.
Payment by Invoice with PowerPay
PowerPay is a payment service provider that allows you to shop on account with us and pay in installments. Upon concluding a purchase contract, PowerPay takes over our claim and processes the payment on your behalf. Please note that using this service incurs additional costs for you and that the terms and conditions of PowerPay become effective alongside ours.
When using PowerPay, there are the following restrictions:
- The maximum amount for orders on account with PowerPay is 1,500 CHF
- The billing and delivery address must be identical.
Fees with PowerPay
- Administration fee per invoice: CHF 2.90
- Annual interest rate (installments and default): 14.9%
- PostFinance deposit fee (fee from the postal service for cash deposits at the counter): According to the current rate of PostFinance
- 1st reminder: CHF 18.-
- 2nd reminder: CHF 28.-
- 3rd reminder: CHF 38.-
- Invoice copy: CHF 10.-
- Address or payment inquiries: CHF 16.-
- Collection handover CHF 50.-
Payment with PayPal
PayPal is an international payment service provider that acts as a trustee between buyer and seller and enables immediate credits. For further information, please refer directly to the PayPal website.
Payment upon Pickup at the Warehouse
If you have decided to pick up your purchase directly at our store, we offer you the option to pay on-site in cash or by card.
Bank Transfer
After completing your order, you will receive our account information for payment by bank transfer with the order confirmation. Your items will be reserved for you for a payment period of 48 hours. Once the payment is received in our account, your order will be shipped to you immediately.
