Terms and Conditions for Instagram Contests

1. The contest is organized by C TOTAL GmbH, Schulstrasse 3, 8050 Zurich, as the operator of the C TOTAL Instagram account. It is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram in any way. The information provided by participants is received not by Instagram, but by C TOTAL GmbH. The information will be used solely for the contest.
2. Participation in the contest is only possible under the listed conditions. By participating, the participant expressly acknowledges these terms and conditions.
3. The contest begins and ends at the specified time. C TOTAL reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
4. Persons over 18 years of age residing in Switzerland can participate in the contest.
5. Comments that violate Instagram guidelines, Swiss law, or our code of conduct will be removed without notice upon discovery. The participant will be excluded from the draw.
6. The draw for the prize will take place after the end of the contest period.
7. The winners will be informed via the Direct Message function on Instagram. Within 5 working days after being notified of the win, the winners must send their contact and address details via Instagram Direct Message to the C TOTAL Instagram page or by email to mail@c-total.ch. If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize within this time, their claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. A substitute winner will then be drawn in the same manner.
8. Personal data collected for the execution of the contest will be used, processed, and utilized solely for that purpose. After the contest ends and the prizes are delivered, this data will be deleted. The participant expressly agrees to this.
9. The personal data of participants will be used and collected by C TOTAL GmbH in accordance with data protection regulations. Consent can be revoked at any time by email to mail@c-total.ch or via Instagram Direct Message. In this case, the participant simultaneously declares that they will no longer participate in the contest.
10. The participant is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided.
11. Legal recourse is excluded.
