Application of RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit

- Remove makeup, then thoroughly clean and dry eyebrows.
- Brush eyebrows into the desired shape with a spoolie/eyebrow brush.
- Apply Lash & Brow Perm with the brush.
- Leave on for 6 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab.
- Apply the Neutralizer the same way with the brush.
- Leave on for 4 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab.
- Clean brows thoroughly with a saline solution.

- When applying the Perm-Gel, work in the same direction you brushed the hairs and start at the head of the brow.
- You may place plastic film over the brows during processing to keep stubborn hairs in place.
