RefectoCil Oxidant Cream Developer 3% (10 vol) is an alternative coloring product to the liquid oxidant. This stabilized cream is specially designed for eyelash and eyebrow tinting with RefectoCil products. The main difference from the liquid version is its creamier, less runny texture.

Application of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3%

- Before mixing the oxidant with the dye, first cleanse the eyes, eyebrows, or beard where you will apply the dye.
- Mix 2 cm of dye with 10 to 15 drops of RefectoCil 3% Cream Oxidant. Stir well until you obtain a creamy paste and apply immediately to the desired area.
- Leave on for 10 minutes on lashes and 5 to 10 minutes on brows. The longer it sits, the darker and more intense the color becomes.
- After the desired processing time, remove the mixture using a cotton pad and water.
