How to Use RefectoCil 3%

- Before mixing the oxidant with the dye, first clean the surface of the eyes, eyebrows, and beard where you will apply the dye.
- Mix 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of RefectoCil 3% liquid oxidant until a creamy paste forms, then apply the mixture immediately to the areas to be tinted.
- Leave the mixture on for 10 minutes on eyelashes and 5–10 minutes on eyebrows. The longer you leave it, the darker and more intense the color will be.
- After the required time, remove the mixture with a cotton pad and water.
