The neutralizer is ready to use immediately and features a short, precise processing time of only 5 minutes. It is intended exclusively for professional salon use and is optimally matched to the Wella Pro+ Perform perm system.

How to Use Wella Pro+ Perform Perm Neutralizer

- After the perm lotion processing time, rinse the hair thoroughly
- Gently towel-dry to remove excess water
- Apply the neutralizer evenly to curlers and hair
- Leave on for 5 minutes
- Carefully remove curlers and, if necessary, distribute the neutralizer through lengths and ends
- Leave on for a further 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water
